RULES & REGULATIONS
The
first instalment of 50% of the total
fees, will be paid at the time of admission,
second instalment of 25% will be paid
in the month of August. and third
instalment
of the balance 25% must be paid in
November
before filling up the examination application
form.
If
the total fees is not paid before the
start of university examination, admission
card will not be issued, for which candidate
will be responsible himself.
The
examination fees, enrolment fees, Eligibility fees
& any other university fees will be paid separately
by the student.
Admissions
to the course will be treated confirmed
only after- depositing first instalment
of fees in full at the time of admission.
Admissions
in M.Sc. classes shall be as per Barkatullah
University rules & regulations.
Admissions
in B.Ed., BP.Ed., M.Ed. and MP.Ed. Courses
shall be as per MP Govt., NCTE &
Barkatullah University rules & regulations.
RULES FOR REFUND OF CAUTION
MONEY
Students
can get a refund of the caution money
only after taking the college Transfer
certificate. The money shall be refunded
after 15 days of receiving the application.
The original fee receipts should be
enclosed with the application duly signed
by the parent/guardian.
RULES
FOR THE LIBRARY
Students
must present their identity Card
and library card to make use of
the Library.
Books are issued for one week.
After that, a fine of Rs. 5/-
per day is applicable. till book
is returned.
Students
are expected to optimally
utilize
the library.
If
a book is not returned within
15 days, the student will be disallowed
to use the library.
If
books are found damaged, a new
book is required to be submitted/actual
price is required to be paid to
the authorities.
